Meet Our Staff
David Stern
→
President
David is a seasoned CPA with 25 years of experience in the Financial and Healthcare industries. David started his career in prestigious accounting firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers and Rothstein Kass doing audits and tax work on Hedge funds. After a couple of years, David moved on to Wall St. and worked as director of accounting at well-known Hedge, Private Equity Funds. After 15 years working at these funds, David Joined a large Skilled Nursing home Group as their CFO. David helped scale the business and built the back office from 3 SNF’s to well over 80 facilities in a very short period of time. David then moved on to become a partner in a property and casualty insurance brokerage company and a medical TPA company. These companies produced over 50M gross revenue annually. 3 year ago, David created Pinnacle Health Solutions, a Skilled Nursing Home & ALF back office company. Pinnacle provides all SNF back office functions that an operator needs so that the operator can focus on running his facility.
Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his family, sports and traveling. David is actively involved in many charitable projects and organizations, lending his time and resources.
Yehuda Freund

Chief Operating Officer - COO
Yehuda combines expert accounting skills with seamless operations management, ensuring that the company’s various department run smoothly. Yehuda prides himself on taking the burden off facilities and operators, so they can focus solely on managing operations.
Yehuda began his career in the finance department at a large consulting group servicing SNF operators, and has been in this space for over a decade.
Customer satisfaction is a top priority for Yehuda, and he is known to treat each client as if they’re the only one.
Yehuda earned his Masters’ in Accounting at Farleigh Dickinson University. He currently lives with his wife and children in Lakewood, NJ.
Leah Sternbuch

Director of Accounts Receivable
Leah brings over 23 years of experience in Nursing Home Billing, with a deep understanding of the revenue cycle from start to finish. She began her career as a biller and steadily advanced through supervisory and managerial roles before founding and leading the Pinnacle Healthcare billing department as Director. Leah takes full ownership of Accounts Receivable, treating each client’s revenue with the same care and diligence as if it were her own. She places a strong emphasis on responsive, hands-on customer support, ensuring that every client feels confident reaching out with questions or concerns of any size. Her leadership is defined by accountability, transparency, and a commitment to maximizing financial performance for every organization she serves.
Abe Fishman

Director of Finance
Abe holds a master’s degree in accounting and began his career at EY, where he developed a strong foundation in public accounting. He later joined Martin Friedman CPA in Brooklyn, spending over four years specializing in healthcare accounting and working closely with nursing homes and multi-entity healthcare organizations.
He went on to serve as Controller for a multi-state healthcare company, managing financial operations across several states. Abraham currently serves as Director of Finance at Pinnacle Healthcare Solutions, where he oversees financial reporting and accounting operations for healthcare providers in multiple states.
Robin Eichenholz

Director of Accounts Payable
Robin comes with many years of experience in healthcare financial operations. She began her career as an AP Representative at a previous organization, advanced into a supervisory role, and now leads a team supporting multiple nursing home facilities. Robin manages day-to-day accounts payable operations, streamlines AP processes, ensures compliance, and oversees effective cash management. Robin is known for her hands-on, team-focused approach and dedication to timely, reliable financial results.
Tziporah Schwab

Director of Payroll
Tziporah is a detail-oriented Payroll Director with experience onboarding new facilities, maintaining payroll records, and managing employee benefits and deductions. She ensures accurate, timely payroll reporting while maintaining compliance and oversight, and helps improve departmental processes for greater efficiency. Tziporah communicates effectively with facility staff to resolve issues and support smooth payroll operations.
Miriam Nussbaum

Accounts Receivable Manager
Miriam brings over 10 years of experience in healthcare accounts receivable and revenue cycle management. Having advanced into supervisory and management roles, she oversees AR operations, drives collections strategy, and ensures timely, accurate reimbursement.
She is known for her hands-on leadership style, strong payer expertise, and commitment to delivering consistent financial results.
